Located near at the one of the most happening place in Penang, Upper Penang Road, where lots of pubs & bistros will be there down the road. Red Garden is one of the famous food court you could find there - Korean, Western, Asian, Thai & even Indian cuisine will be there too. What made the food court so famous in Penang, because eatery like us, will be entertained with songs performed on stage where you can't find it in most food court in Penang.
Review:
Environment - 6/10
Personally doesn't like much on the environment there. Too noisy for you to hang out there or even eat, unless you are there to enjoy the stage song there
Food- 5/10
Just average except for few stall highlighted in the below post. Prefer outside food stall in Penang
Service - 6/10
Most of the stalls can provide above average service, but, except one stall - fried rice stall.
Showing bad attitude when we reminded her after a long time.
Price - 6/10
Expensive for a common food outside. A herbal drink costs RM2.00 per glass where you can find it RM1.00 outside. Hokkien Mee (Prawn Mee) costs around RM5.00 where you can find it about RM3.50.
Location - 6/10
Easily located with ample parking space but the parking is very expensive. Unfortunately, I can't remember the rate, but will try to avoid parking there if going again to this food court.
If not mistaken about RM2.50 per hour after 5pm.

Hawker Stalls |
We reached the food court very early, around 6.00pm - no surprise to see only us in the food court because they just open the food court. Usually this food court will be packed by visitors by 8.00pm and by late night, there will be stage singers. I would suggest this place best recommended for tourist because you can easily find lots of local food there too.
Mini Stage to Perform Some Songs |
Most expensive drinks ever had so far in Penang food court. RM2.00 for just a herbal drink where you can easily get it about RM1.00 outside. Next time I would prefer to order fresh fruit juice which costs only RM3.00. Although slightly more expensive, but at least you can taste the real fruit juice.
Drinks |
I like this Fried Bee Tai Bak. Not too oily and comes along with egg & fresh prawns. Acceptable with a price of RM5.00 per plate for a fried food.

Fried Maggie |
Say 'No' to this. No taste of prawn soup and it costs around RM5.00 for this bowl. Also, default size when you place your order without requesting 'small' will be 'big'.
Hokkien Mee (Prawn Mee) |
Good food by Filipino Hawker stall. Juicy pork goes along well with sweet, a little spicy sauce and accompanied by spaghetti. Reasonable portion with reasonable price.

Grill Stingray Fish |
Although I didn't order this, but, this is a must or default choice for a friend of mine who dine in Red Garden Food Court. Food by Western Corner, Grill Fish with Cheese is a must for a western food lover. Thumb up and reasonable price at about RM12.90 per plate with mushroom soup.

For Thai food lover especially those who loves pork leg rice, I guess this is not the right choice that you guys should go for. Pork leg is too dry with very little gravy around especially when the pork itself is not juicy and succulent enough. Only taste average.
