Miam Miam Cafe, Gurney Paragon

Finally, I made my visit to this French mix Japanese cafe serving from their famous savory souffle till pasta, located at the St. Jo in Gurney Paragon. Miam Miam is named after the French expression of 'Yum Yum' which means yummy or taste deliciously.

Review

Environment - 9/10
Be it Al fresco dinning or air-conditioned, they have it all
Food - 9/10
Love their souffle, matcha latte but it would be even better if they can reduce their sweetness in the souffle
Service - 9/10
Service was quick despite peak hours
Price - 6/10
Price is slightly higher. One vanilla souffle for about RM16.80 and pasta at about RM20++
Location - 10/10
Located in Gurney Paragon. Easily located and of course with plenty of car parks

Main Entrance to Miam Miam Cafe

The design of this cafe is simple and is divided into two sections, air-conditioned dining and Al fresco area. This Al fresco area is connected to the main hall of Gurney Paragon where you will actually be viewing the Victoria Secret shop. Be there early to avoid long queue especially during the peak hours lunch and dinner time.

Give the credit to the menu. I personally like the menu much. The food in the menu is well illustrated and you will know the exact picture of what you have ordered. Thumbs up!

Let's kick off with our first tempting drinks, Iced Matcha Latte with Softee. Whether you like green tea or not, you will be sure to like this. This is one of the items that you must try when you come over to Miam Miam Cafe! The smooth green tea latte with a very soft green tea ice cream made a perfect combination for the start.

Here comes the main highlight of the food, Vanilla Souffle. Also, one of the main reasons why I wanted so much to come over to Miam Miam Cafe. Although the serving is not big, but this is enough for ONE person portion and be sure to eat it up while it is still warm. The souffle is so fluffy that every mouth would melts in your mouth once you taken them. But, it will be even better if they can reduce a little sweetness in it.

Many say that one should not missed their French Toast, but, to me, this is not a must have at Miam Miam Cafe. However, if you are a French Toast lover, why not give a try here in Miam Miam Cafe. The French Toast, definitely comes with bread, made a pleasant serving with well-toast bread served along a scoop of cream.

And finally, here comes the Macha Ogura Pancake with Matcha Softee. Obviously, it's again green tea flavor, but, you will never feel bored in Miam Miam over green tea, because the Matcha Softee is again, so smooth to melt in your mouth. This is the pancake, yet another fluffy pancake, top with red beans and green tea ice cream.

Overall, I would say Miam Miam Cafe is definitely a place that everyone should go especially for dessert for now, although the prices are slightly high. But, I will definitely return for more on their savory pasta and pot-baked souffle in the near future!
